Took a ride on a rainy Saturday to see a guy selling some stuff on Craigslist
There's the crown jewel...a decently clean 2000 5.3 with 105K miles, got the entire dropout minus trans, but including all accessories, intake, wiring harness, truck manifolds, and PCM for $400.
The 5.3 is going in my Ford Police Interceptor, not the C5. Loaded it up behind the work truck and hauled her home. Cammed L92/LS3 makes a great hauler.
Tossed a tarp on it for long term storage
