I like this effect allot. I need to learn how to accomplish it. I shot with a Nikon and I use an IMac desk top. I do some an editor from Apple, just haven't played enough. Years ago a photographer had a poster of to beautiful models...everything was black & white except the boxing gloves they were wearing, which were Red.

I agree - I'd like to do one for my car, too. I use PhotoStudio for Canon, which I imagine is one of the million generic versions of PhotoShop. I'm sure there's a way to do this similar to PS - perhaps involving layers?
Can you or anyone tell us in general terms how one does this (given that many post-proc systems probably vary on the same theme)?
I imagine the most difficult part is the tedious effort to make the transition look natural.

how do you achieve the effect of having the car in sharp focus, and everything else slightly burry? Is that a post-edit thing or a camera settings thing?

She did it through lens selection for this effect. Here's another one, but with a different aperture setting. Clearing it up a bit.
Are the pictures with the C6 wheels current or are the other wheels current? I hope it is the C6 wheels. I think the C-6 wheels are awesome on your car Mr. Bill! You take some awesome pictures by the way. Thanks for sharing.
