The best! Mine had years of neglect. Simichrome and a power cone brought them back 100%

I've used Simichrome and Flitz, both excellent for hand work. I have a variety of shaped buffing "wheels,*****,cylinders". Using them was fine with the Simichrome, but hard buffing compounds give a higher shine. Since my used Z06 exhaust tips were painted black inside, I used a fairly aggressive wire wheel to remove it. I then went up in grade until I got the shine I wanted. It's still not as shiny as the outer surface, or like some of the good quality aftermarket exhausts, but it's getting there.
I recently tried that Barkeepers liquid and it's very good. I'd never use the powder on the outside.
Nevr Dull has been around forever, sold under many names. It's not abrasive however.

You may want to try Blingmaster Aluminator.
