B&M Ripper
Install was a snap and I am really impressed with it. Based on all the reviews and user comments I expected a very high effort, yet precise shift, and more positive gear engagement.
Only real surprise was the shift effort was not nearly as high as I expected. Shifting is smooth with very short throws with the 2-3 shift being the most improved. The upshift to 3rd seems almost straight and engagement is very solid. I've missed this shift with the stocker in place but I can't see myself missing it with the B&M.
Saved some cash buying from a forum member so I don't have to abandon my plan to replace my seat covers this summer.
