Read an old post today. Someone asked how many AE 6spd were made. For those of you that have a coupe according to the Corvette registry only 214 coupes with 6spd, two tops, 12 disc changer and license plate holder were ordered. Think this factory order makes them worth more?
The options themselves might add some value, but the number of cars made with those options doesn't really mean much. If you want to talk rarity only 8 AW 2000 coupes were made with active handling, M6, and two-tone interior, which doesn't mean much either.
50th Registry database shows a total of 3892 AE with 6 spd (coupe & convert) and 412 optioned the way you posted. Don't think they will be rare enough to matter down the road.
Thanks for your opinions. I'm thinking about trading for a 14 and I though just maybe only 214 AE 6spd coupes might make a little difference in value, or maybe if I trade it in on a 2053.

Seriously doubt the options on your car are going to make much of a difference in its value come trade or sale time. More will depend on the mileage and condition of the car.

If you are going to trade it for a new 2014, it (rare optioned) will mean nothing at trade time. Dealerships could not care any less about those options.
