I can't get my horn to blow when I honk it worth a damn. It sounds sickly. So I ordered some new horns and they don't work at all. Just make the relay click. No sound.
So I put my old ones back in and they work but still sound horrible. Guess what they have water in them and that's scary as hell to me cause now I'm thinking flood vehicle. Car fax was clean and the previous owner seemed honest. I asked him if it was ever in a flood and he said no. Anyone else ever have this issue.
Here are a few ideas/troubleshooting replies from someone who had the same issue. This might get you started:

under the front bumper on the passenger side there is a trim panel with some screws remove them and panel and you can reach up there and do what you need to do.
There is water in my existing horns. Listen to the video and u can tell. I appreciate the response but I don't think it's an electrical or connection issue. It's the fact that they are full of water. But why wouldn't new ones work? They just click the relay. Does the computers have to learn the new horn? I wouldn't think so as it should be plug and play.
I took the old ones out to install the new ones and that's when the water came out. I tried blowing them out with my air compressor but it didn't do anything to help. Maybe I will take them out and out in sun for a day or two. But I'd rather just ship the new ones back and out new ones in again
