Split Skull
Rather than just paint flamed skulls Robert at Cope Design in Thornton, Colorado suggested we do something we have not seen done. 3D skulls moulded into the coil covers to match the moving talking skull on my waterfall that Robert also did. He had to split a plastic skull, and sculpt the lower part of the jaws to get them to sit flush with the covers. This man has talent! Yea, I know its not for everyone but the kids and most adults love it, Especially when the skull starts moving and singing! Video link show the singing skull on my waterfall.
