Why would anyone that owns a C5 want a C6 anyway ? Couldn't be that it's just the new kid on the block anymore and it sure isn't because it's better looking, ( especially the headlights )
Again as a former Celica owner those lights are really skinny and you need to see them from all angles on the Vette. I've seen other pictures from other angles and it looks bad. This is one of those "hot girls on facebook" moments where she only has one pic.
The way I feel about it , is that if I haven't gotten any and all recreational driving done before dark, I have screwed up. So the lights make little difference. Plus I like how the hidden lights allow the front contour to flow visually uninterrupted across the top of the fenders, one of the best, and very distinctive , aspects of the cars style , to my eye.
I don't know if the more modern light effect can be improved, but I might have used a more exotic light, to match the effort.

To install the Fixedheadlights, it takes about 20 hours since the opening
brackets must be modified.
They are not HID.
