Default dyno number progress

bought my 2001 z about 1 year and a half ago bone stock down to the paper filter. added a set of LG longtubes, high flow catted x, katech CAI, and a GHL catback. had it street tuned but never had it dynoed, unfortunately i crashed it in an open track day at willow springs raceway so while it was in the body shop getting fixed i got itchy and bought a TSP v2 cam, full supporting valvetrain, and 25% UD pulley.

took the car to get its first dyno before accident and it put down 362/355. I always thought it was kinda low and car always great and never had any issues.

after the cam install the Z put down 433/396 on a very safe tune.

a few days after the dyno tune i noticed some lifter tap that was getting worse and worse, so i pulled the heads to replace them and noticed my valves had a little play in them so decided to send them to charlie and ge them cnc'd and milled down a bit. They should be done this weekend and ill hopefully have it put back together and back on the dyno early next week.

bored and figured i would share. I have the dyno sheet for both runs but dont have a scanner to get them on the computer, still working on that.

Cool, be sure to share the dyno charts once you find a scanner. Charlie at RPM Motors knows his way around a set of heads.

What city/town do you live in? If you're in L.A. County, you should make it out to one of our monthly Valley meets:

I'm going to try and use my buddies scanner this weekend so I can get them uploaded. I live in Lancaster about 40 minutes from RPM and an hour from LA

I'm sure that head work will make a difference.
