Folks, I'm here to tell you that if your tired of having to d**k around with that worthless plastic boot ring, then look no further than this gem. It's cheaper in price, and comes with a lifetime warranty.

Got to be better than the plastic one that came on the car. It has been mentioned here on the forum before and with a lifetime warranty, hard to go wrong.

I must've missed the previous posting of this,as I would've jumped on it then. That plastic piece is constantly moving and under a lot of strain from the heat and obviously fails after time. This product will for sure enable folks to not have to buy a whole new shifter boot just to get the ring, what a scam and a half that is. I have one in my car and couldn't be happier. As of now there are no downsides.

Bought one about 1 1/2 years ago. As a replacement for the crappy plastic OE ring, it does a very good job.

I highly recommend to all 6 speed guys.

Excellent. once it's installed, the boot fit looks OE. You may have to do a little minor forming/shaping, but that's easily done with your fingers, plus you can now install/remove your shifter boot as often as you like with no fear of breakage whatsoever.

Get one. You'll like it.

Btw, it's stainless, so no corrosion/rust issues.
