[Z06] Brakes Upgraded This Weekend

Brakes Upgraded This Weekend
I spent Saturday putting on the new brakes. Rotors are drilled and slotted from TPS (TPS Brand) with a black Zinc coating to help prevent rust. Also replaced the brake lines with the Braided Steel, and lastly, threw on Stoptech Street pads. Spent the afternoon doing that, and I'm definitely happy with it.
I broke them in according to various threads online/ how to vids on youtube. On the way back in, I passed another Z06, and he flagged me down and we stopped and chatted for a bit. Guy was real cool. Had the same wheels as me, just in black. Exhaust sounded good too. I think he said it was Magnaflow.
And this is next weeks project...waiting on a few more things before I start. I plan on making my own box to fit in the trunk in one of the cubby's.
And a couple just for fun.
NOW, after the audio install, I think I'm done.....til this winter. And then I hope to put in a cam and headers. The ONLY thing I can think of that I want to do, is maybe sway bars. Maybe.
