I'm in the process of bringing my '99 Maggie Red coupe back to a "more acceptable" appearance. I've just had the front fascia replaced by a highly reputable local body shop. They did a wonderful job; and now it's time to repair/replace the seats. After a lot of thought, I've decided to rebuild/restore the original seats rather than try to retro fit after-market seats.
So... I've located some leather seat skins that seem to be exactly what I want. The company is;
D J Motorsports Accessories.
I like the look of their product and their website is professional and informative. Now it's time for references before I drop a Grand + on seats. Has anyone here dealt with them and what can you tell me about quality, appearance and customer service?
I think you'd do better with Vette Essentials. From what I've seen posted here DJ's can be difficult to contact if you have problems. I've never seen a single complaint about Vette Essentials.
Yeah, agree. Vette Essentials may cost a little more but the Cust Svc is tops. I've purchased a couple of items there and have been very pleased. Looking forward to next Spring when I pull the plug for some of their top notch leather seat covers.
Thanks, Gentle-persons, I'll keep looking. Vette Essentials products sure look good, but they sure are pricy. I'll keep looking for a less expensive alternative that has reasonable quality and good customer Service. I could sure use recommendations.

You can definitely find cheaper seat covers than Vette Essentials, but the quality and customer service is the best IMO. That's why I have gone with them for my last two C5s.
You might check Mid-America's offerings. They have some decent looking seats at a cheaper price.
