loose side mirror
looks like someone in a parking lot hit my driver side mirror on my 97, now there is a 3/8 in gap between it and the base and it wiggles, is it broke or can I tighten it up somehow?

About the only way you're going to know if it is broke or you can just tighten it up is to take it apart. If I had to guess, I'd bet the hit broke something in there.
