All things being equal ,,,
,,, the mileage, options and condition the same: would a 6 speed coupe, fetch more or less than an auto vert?
If the year is needed to offer an answer, then I'm referring specifically to a 50th AE model.
Thanks

Buyer specific, I wouldn't even consider a vert, or an auto, but to answer your question in more detail; I'd say the buyer for an anniversary edition will be an older buyer looking for a cruiser so an auto+vert would fetch more for that demographic.

less
verts always pull a premium over coupes
6spd coupe vs auto coupe, the 6spd will get more every day
6spd vert vs auto vert, the 6spd will usually get more as well, just not quite as certain. lot of the geriatric crew like auto verts

Just checked NADA, convert comes up $1500 higher, can't understand why. Almost double the amount of convertibles to coupes (7547 - 4085) and only 8590 6 speeds out of 35,469. Gonna have to check recent sales on e-bay. I know when I bought mine I had to settle for the automatic (couldn't find a 6 speed).

msrp of the z06 and vert was also substantially higher
100k mile 01 coupe will get 12
100k mile 01 z06 or vert will get 14 if the vert still has a nice top and doesn't need repairs, cars all have weird little quirks too, like with the z06, the 02+ cars always sell a minimum of $2000 over the 01

A coupe with headers, X pipe, catback exhaust, and coilovers should command more than a stock vert....the test drive will close the deal.

Verts had a much higher base price over a coupe so it seems reasonable that the vert would have a higher asking price used than a coupe regardless of tranny.
