Just speculating here, but my guess would be that those who prefer to keep their cars stock, are less likely to frequent these forums. To answer your question, though; No. Its a thousand here, a thousand there, and pretty soon we're talkin' about real money.

The stock, purist guys don't post near as much as the mod guys, but I would say that the majority of the cars here are bone stock. Then another large portion only have simple cosmetic mods like taillight covers.
Since I drive my C5 a lot I kept it stock since reliability is very important to me. Also helps resale value as many folks are afraid to buy a Vette with a modded engine. In my younger days I wouldn't think twice about doing some mods, however priorities change as does life, so everyone's take on it is different.

I have absolutely no intention of selling my coupe.
No. The car wasn't stock when I purchased it though. It had a set of chrome C6 base wheels installed, which was one reason I liked the car. Since then I changed the air intake and power duct.
Bone stock...... Well I did change the wheels, interior, lighting, lowered, under hood items chrome and painted, exhaust, other than that it's stock. I'm almost 68 years young

Mine is stock(ish) but more mods will happen as money allows.
My only mods are:
CAI - K&N
catback exhaust - NXT Step
C6 Z06 sway bars
Tint
Slotted rotors
Lowered on stock bolts
My modest wish list:
New wheels
better shocks
possibly a stripe
Seats and other minor interior mods
Some sort of better headlights
Maybe a different air dam and side skirts
Dang...I think that's about it.
It's fast enough for me stock (but I'm no prude to spirited driving) engine-wise and I'm not really a fan of spoilers and such so not sure what else there would be that I would want to do.
But I'm not a "purist" that would keep it stock on purpose.
If you are asking about the 500/thousand or so here who actually are active on the C5 forums I would say that 95 % are not completely stock.
Of the 1/4 million C5's made, I would say 95% of them are stock.
