It looks like quality work and a lot better than the stick-on wood trim kits I've seen in Corvette vendor catalogs over the years.
Personally, I'm just not into wood grain trim in any of my cars, both my Corvette and business daily driver. I always tend to go with brushed aluminum or carbon fiber.
However, that's what makes life interesting. If not, we'd all be driving black Fords.

I'm not a wood-grain trim kind of guy for Corvettes, but I DO think your choice of colors is nicely done, and the quality of work appears to be very good as well.

As long as you like it........... You are the one that has to look at it.
But if you have to go wood grain in the interior, I must say it goes well with the other colors in the car.
I think it looks very good with you lighter interior. I don't think it would look as good with black interior (like whats in mine)

Jim I like it , looks good with the shale interior.
Oh yes and Thank you ! Yeah I agree 100% this will only work with a light (Shale interior) and as far as that goes, I will never add anymore, cause then you've really going in to OVERKILL area. The stock 'Shale' interior is really just some carpet and seats in leather that aren't white and aren't blue. The dashboard is a gray, but not that gray, more like a gray / Brown mixture, Next time your standing by a 50th. 1SC car, see what I mean.
The hardest part was getting it all apart, the magnetic ride control switch and the traction control switch off and sent down and then when it came back I had a lot of work to do to get everything back together and working again. It's a big job, and since I was afraid it wouldn't work, I saved all or the original pieces so if all else failed, I can put it back to stock.
And Mr. Bill: There isn't any limits that could ever apply to you ! Plus I respect you a great deal. Thank you everybody !
I've had a few Mercedes over the years, and currently have a CLS (wood grain/tan int). I LOVE the wood grain look with your shale. Did a very nice job without "over-doing" it.
Thats what I like about this forum, people making their Vettes their own. I see lots of variety in here. Not all of it is for me, but I appreciate the quality and effort that I see here daily.
Your interior looks well executed and has the uniqueness and personal touch that I've come to expect from members here. I think it's well done!!
"how do you feel about this?" "If you don't care for it, please keep it to yourself."
In other words, you're just fishing for compliments??????

I facepalm when people post on an open forum...asking for opinions...but tell people to keep any differing opinions to themselves. How about this instead; grow some thicker skin or don't post. How do you feel about that?
I also say, if you like it, that's all that matters. I know guys that dislike my "blacked out" look and a few of my mods. I could care less that they don't like them. Say what they will, I'm ok with it!
