After seeing this video, I ordered a bunch of polishing equipment that can be used with an angle grinder or bench grinders. It's amazing what you can do with metal with the right equipment.
I've had two sets of CCWs and they are definitely high quality wheels. There is a similar video showing HREs being built that is equally as impressive.

Thinking back to the video, when the outer barrel was being installed, it looked like the fellow doing the assembly placed a rubber gasket between the inner and outer rim halves. Is this a new method, and an elimination of the silicone sealer?
