Thanks, Sea Biscuit. I'm looking forward to getting some new ones. I do like what's on there now but to many peeps around here have them. See how many I see out east. I'm hoping by the end of the year I can make the wheels happen. Might have to be my 1st winter project. I will have to learn how to do those and not drive it all year long. I'm also wanting to get my DD stereo in as well. That's been on my to-do list for a few years now and I need to get that taken care of this year too.
Went to the garage and man, the more I see this new bumper, the more I'm falling in love with the car all over again. Maybe it being away from home for so long has something to do with that too.
Mark, you'll be close (relatively speaking) to the "Vettes in the Smokies" annual get together (Vette together?!) in Eastern TN. In fact, I think it was this weekend (3-18, 3-19, & 3-20). I hope to make it there before I get to that great 'bucket seat in the sky'! I believe they cruise thru many mountain roads, including the "Tail of the Dragon", which boasts '329 curves in 11 miles', and the 'Tree of Shame'. Those 329 curves in 11 miles are no exaggeration. The Tree of Shame features reminders of those not-so-lucky go fast enthusiasts, including wrecked parts from their motorcycles, automobiles, and trucks hanging from it, and even includes a few prosthetic limbs!!!!! The Smokies are an experience every Corvette owner should have at least once in their lifetimes. Just dont donate to the Tree!!!! Best of luck to you and the G.A. in your move.......
Thank you, grinder. There's actually a few things out east I plan to try at least once. Hopefully I won't be donating to the tree either. Thanks for the tips.
Everything is looking fantastic! I'm glad you finally got him back. It seems like it was worth the wait. I look forward to seeing him with the splitter again.
Mark, that new avatar is pretty trippy to the eyes lol.
Yeah, I was playing with my editing software while this video was rendering. I am tearing this computer down for the move today so this is going to be my last video until I can get things situated out east. Will most likely be at least 3-4 weeks.
As promised, the video of the Specter Werks bumper cover with the spoiler installation. Looks fantastic I think....
Great video as always! Thanks for sharing. Grape looks awesome! I hope everything goes well with the move. You timed your move well. The weather is just getting nice back east.
Well, been a long 3 days. The drive from AZ to TN is over and we are in our new home. Got here like, just in time to meet the driver that had my truck. He lives here in the Nashville area too so he waited for me. I was about 2 hours out from my place when he called. Great timing....Truck made it in great shape and no extra damage. Fits great in its new stable too. Hoping the Vette gets here tomorrow and then it's wait for the pods to get our furniture in place. Staying at our daughter's place until the 15th when those arrive, then unloaded on the 16th. Just in time for Easter. Soooooo happy to be here and starting a new chapter in our lives. We needed this.

Thanks, that will be my last obstacle to get over. I just checked my tracker and he's on the other side of OKC now. Probably won't make it here today most likley. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Thanks, almost over with the transfer of things. Couple more weeks and we should have all our stuff here and unloaded. Then, like you said, take our time to go through boxes. I sure hope this is our last move too. I'm not going to say never because the last time I did that I wound up back in Phoenix. 🤨

Thanks, I've been tempted to change those out soon too. They've been on there forever. Since 2003 I think. The tailgate has a vinyl of the best hide and seek player ever. If you recognize the pose, you're showing your age. 🤭 😃 😆 😎👍
