Can you give us a little more information? At what speeds does this happen? Is this a new symptom or new to you car? Is it any left or right turn or just tight slow speed ones?
My Z06 will experience a "skipping" motion when performing tight left or right turns at slow speeds like when turning into a parking space. It is worse when driving in cold temps. It is normal and is due to a combination of tire width, alignment settings and tire compounds. The OEM tires are significantly affected by temperature. Temps below 50 make the GY Supercar compound hard.
If my above description doesn't apply to your case, have a competent mechanic get their hands on the front suspension and make sure everything looks ok. Bad ball joints can make your car feel the way you initially describe.

Car does the same skipping motion as yours when making tight left or right turns. Also the temps have been in the 20's
How old are your tires? Run flats are hard when they are new and get rock hard as time goes by. I assume you see no abnormal tire wear indicating an alignment issue.
