Just learned a few minutes ago that honest answers to questions by Forum members regarding functionality of vendor products is verboten. Wow, that just makes no sense to me, at all......

If you have issues with a product you purchased, you are welcome to post a thread with a factual account of your experience. If you have an unresolved dispute regarding a product you have purchased, you are encouraged to use the rules to post the details in the Transactions feedback section:

The job of the volunteer moderators is difficult enough without having people who won't follow the rules call them out in an open thread.
