Default New Catbacks

Since a couple of the forum sponsors are offering some really good deals, I've decided to upgrade the exhaust on my '03 coupe. I'm pretty much sold on Billy Boat PRT's, but would love to hear from anyone who actually has a set. Also, even the B&B site is limited on pictures, and I need to decide which tips before I place my order. Anyone have pics of their Billy Boat Catbacks?

Can't speak for the PRT, but my uncle had the B&B Route 66 exhaust with round tips on his car and it looked and sounded fantastic. They offer the same tip options on all of their exhausts and the round ones are quite nice IMO.

I have the B&B Route 66 with the oval tips. I like them since the ovals are kind of unique.

I had the B&B Route 66 catback on my '00 and they had the quad oval tips like the car above. Great look for the C5. But I had a lot of problems with resonance and popping with that system - not sure if you will experience the same with the PRTs.

I now have the Corsa Indy Pace Cars on my '03 and absolutely love that system. No resonance, great sound and looks to match. Hopefully someone will respond with a set of the PRTs and let you know how they perform.

B&B Bullets with black satin 4" tips, also available in polished...surprisingly quiet straight and level, but noticeably loud on an incline. Jim

i had PRTs for a while and they're nice, sound great. got a good rumble and sound aggressive under acceleration, not too noticeable while just cruising, hardly experience any drone. i believe i had the oval tips as well

I have Route 66 Billy Boat's on my 2001 Coupe. I like them, but wouldn't mind if they were a little louder.

I had PRT Round tips on my Z06 for 4-5 years before pulling them off a year ago to go to 3 inch plumbing.

Awesome exhaust with absolutely no drone for me.
