I don't know because all the body shop owner did was talked trash about the product. I guess thats the new thing... if you make bad time lines just trash the product.

That is one crapy paint shop. I would take them to court. They could have painted the bumper off the car then installed it later. Is the shop here in LA or Texas. What's the name of the shop? Good luck.

The broken parts suck but the nose looks good.
I used to be a bodyman and did all the bodywork on my car myself.
Skirts, front and rear spoilers and underside of the hood I painted off the car.
The hood face I painted on the car using a painters plastic drop sheet.
I reworked an RK Sport hood and tightened the gaps to 1/4" sides and front by bevel grinding the edges and extending the hood with bondo then block sanding it out and spot putty priming it for a perfect fit.
From my experience Duraflex parts are hackjobs that need plenty of fit and finishing work so it's impractical to paint the nose first.
I'll bet they had to tape off the car and bondo up the nose to fit plus it probably had digs and scratches that required spot putty and primer work several times over.
To take it off after all that and paint it then put it back on the car is impractical unless you are doing it yourself and even then handling it after it's painted risks added scuff damage etc.
They don't have a lift to get up under your car.
Most of the paint overspray can be spray bombed over with black and silver paint.
That's typical for fixing overspray.
It depends on what you paid for the work.
The time to ask for a credit for your trouble cleaning it up to your satisfaction is before you finish paying the bill.

That's exactly what I was going to say.
Your car should not even have been in the paint booth. Get the paint match correct, paint the bumper off the car, then install.
Every " Good Shop " I know removes the front and rear fascia before painting. Painting them on the car is a sign the shop likes to cut corners to make extra money, Call any insurance adjuster and they will tell you they pay to have the fascia removed and reinstalled. Top class shops will always do this... Half assed shops will do it on the car.
I am really sorry that you had to experience this. I think I would have had a stroke I would have been so upset. Best of luck getting some justice and resolution to this mess.

Bodywork is expensive if you have to pay for it out of pocket.
I'm not defending the bodyshop just saying this is probably not an insurance job and aftermarket parts of a different material and fit than OEM are being used so it really depends on what was agreed to and at what cost.

BTW the new bumper looks incredible on your car, nice work!!!
Keep me posted what they say! I already have several emails to them (your sponsor) about the whole situation. It makes me sick every time I see what that shop did.
I couldn't wait to see your car done, but at this point I don't even care, I want someone to take care of this for you.
Car just needs new headlights, rear diffuser, and some type of matching wing. Then it would look pure ****.
FYI - We are INSANE with custom bodywork. Extreme dimensions kits have to be the worst fitting products out there. It took me over 2 weeks to have my rear c5.6 bumper to actually line up. I've had a customer bring me this bumper and I refused it due to how much work needed to be done. Not even worth the time over such a headache.
I actually had another bodyshop lined up already, one I was familiar with and did work with in the past however this ended up being a sponsorship deal.
As for lights, my V3's are sitting on my table I just put them together last night.
Man that looks like crap and I was thinking mine was bad when the guy put my tiger shark on the front. A-lot of people just don't care what kind of work they put out..
