Seems a local person is selling a C4 Corvette with a C5 body. Now that must have been a interesting job to perform. Looks good but I didn't know a body swap like that was easily possible. Price seems cheap for a good looking car

I bet this photo wasn't even taken in the US...
European front plate, side marker light (looks like the black C6 has a side mirker light too) Look at the other cars in the pic, they look like European chit boxes.
Doesn't look like anywhere I've seen in Ft. Myers, I've lived here since 1989.

No way that's a C4, I have owned a few C4's and you can't change the pillars, windshield etc, its even got the C5 dash !! this is a European C5, you can tell from the side marker and the front plate, and yeah I can see some european clunkers in the backround !!
it would cost anyone more money to build a C5 out of a C4 than to buy a mint C5 !! is that blue one a C5 FRC or Z06 ??

If there is a C4 frame under that C5 body, I'd have to agree that is one nice job they did.

Has anyone seen a convertible C5 Z06? (At least that what the owner claimed).
I have. In Germany. And it was so meticulously done, I thought it was a C5 Vert.
Cost: $15,000 Euro for the chop.

C4's and C5's have very different wheelbases and proportions where the door jams would locate. Plus the doorsills are much higher on C4's so the doors wouldn't go as low as on a C5. So, it's a BS picture.

What a crazy post. My mind was blown at first thinking someone invested way too much time and money into a project. But have to agree, looks like a Euro Spec 
I love this diffuser..wish something like this was available for our stock C5 rear ends
