Default It's like a different car.

Just picked my car up from the shop. Hankook V12's (what a difference in ride), replaced the front air dam, ceramic brakes, and a set of Billy Boat PRT's. I feel like a kid again.

Another believer here on Hankook V12's. Definitely can't find a better tire for the same money.

The ride is much less harsh, and feels more "sure footed". My old run flats were pretty well worn, and I'm sure any new tire would have improved traction. But the ride comfort is what I noticed first. Our roads are suffering from post ice storm blemishes, and the I was immediately impressed with the difference.

I got mine this last summer and they've been great in the rain as well. All at the same time I got the Hankooks, slotted rotors and new pads, C6 Z06 sway bars, and an alignment.....Lordy, like you said, it's like having a new car. ....Oh....AND I lowered it.

Took these pics shortly after leaving the tire place.....

One more thing......the absence of road noise. My Michelin run flats were quite noisy, and these Hankook's are sooo much quieter. Then again, it could be the Billy Boat's drowning out tire noise.

With the prt's you won't hear a lot of tire noise. So you are right. And you should like them.
