Looks like I should have had the choices broader and gone to a slower e.t. Just out of curiousity, how many of you checking the 12.70-12.79 or slower box were slower - and how much?
Ok, with 28 votes I am showing an APPROXIMATE (I used the high numbers to make up, in part, for the fact that some of the 12.79s could be higher) average e.t. of 12.53.
Taking an average of average is not telling you anything. If you truly want average E/T (Stock) you will have to use actual numbers and get a representative sample. The poles are interesting, just not scientific.

I would be willing to bet that the average E.T. is higher than that. I just ran in the Cartek Corvette Challenge yesterday. http://www.corvettechallenge.info/
This is the best I could do with my factory stock Z06 the first time out on a very hot day. I am car 914, the other car was an LT1 6-speed. I would say that my results are unimpressive, but a lot of other stock Z06 cars were running worse. Running a quick E.T. as not as easy as most people think.
Your close with your estimates, but thare are more variables. That said I went to the track fri night with my F1's, and since I have been running on DR I needed some time to get used to them but here are the runs.time 6:31 2.04 60' 12.426, 115.73.6:58 1.972 60', 12.270 116.64. 7:23, 1.982, 12.283, 116.283.7:54,1.913, 12.596, 93.55 missed 4th and coasted.8:41 best run of night 1.873,12.074, 116.52 Last run I wanted an 11sec pass and was to agressive, 2.159, 12.513, 116.58. It's just not as easy on the stock F1's, but with practice and a preped track 1.7's are possible. Fri night is a street night at NED so the track is not as sticky as sat and sundays. Ric
Ric was in the 11s without the intake. Ric, those numbers you just poseted from the other night, were you riding the clutch at the launch or dumping it at a certain RPM?
As you know NED does not have good traction on wend &fri nights. I was sliping the clutch for the first 4-8ft, I started at 2200 the first run, the 12.074 was at 2600. Ric
Tom Steel: The results of the 0-60 ft. times, 1/4 mile times, and trap speeds might be a little more interesting and be of more value to everyone if they were plotted on a graph called a histogram. This will plot the process curve, and determine if the times and trap speeds fall in stastical control. I have access to a stastistical process control program at work, and on my home computer. If you would like those values plotted E-mail them to me and I will plot them on a on a histogram and return them to you.

I'm all for it, but I don't think the forum software will do histograms. If you want to do it on your software, I think that is a great idea, but unfortunately I don't have the data you are referring to in your post.
If anyone who has been to the track wants to e-mail Gary with their data, I would love to see his graphs.
