Corsa mufflers only?
Hello all.
I will be receiving my first c5 in a few weeks. Car currently has z06 mufflers installed in an obx kit. I'd like to go with either corsa sport or extreme and I was wondering if you have to buy the complete axle back kit or is it possible to buy just mufflers? I've been searching online with no luck. Thanks.

I can't answer your question, although I believe you'd have to buy the whole thing, but you might find that you'd have problems trying to weld steel mufflers onto titanium.

I would buy the whole catback as the ZO6 catback is titanium and the Corsa's are not.

It was actually just z06 mufflers into an obx setup. I'm assuming the obx stuff is stainless like the corsa.

I'm thinking this may be true from recent searches. Thanks.

I tried to get just the over the axle pipes for Corsa's and could not. Had to buy the entire package.
Ended up cutting a stock exhaust and welding

No thanks. I'll stick with what's on there before I do that.

i also suggest adding a Corsa X-pipe to complete the system and eliminate the motor boat idle sound.

I believe the car has an x pipe on it currently. Does make a huge difference.
