If you want a good all-season tire that won't break the bank and has a 50000 mile warranty check out these Continental Extreme Contact DWS tires. I had them on a 3000gt and they ran quiet and with confidence in the rain. they are for snow as well but I drive my Subaru in winter. Plus they have a 70.00 rebate going on right now. They have a lot of 5-star reviews.

You never had a case. They are owned by Cooper but no dealers in Wi.

I had a set of coopers that were absolutely awesome for the price. Good tire, imo.

Default Another run-flat issue...

I have decided to go non-run-flat when I replace my tires -- definitely Michelins -- but have another question:

Because of poor camber from factory, I had to replace the front tires long before I replaced the rear. Since then I only replace two at a time.

Can I run non-RFs on the back while running RFs on the front?

Thanks

Frank

I have tried several non-summer tires (all season) and found Continental DWS to be quiet and perform good on my vette in various conditions. Check Tire Rack and see how well they are in their tests compared to others, they have a lot of size variances to choose from other than stock. Prices are reasonable.

PS - have driven my bette in West Bend, Mil., Hartford, Menomonee areas in light snow that popped up and was glad I had them.

I had very good experiences with Sumitomos. I have heard good things about the newest HTRZ3. I will start with these when I pick out my new rims.

I did Firestone Indy tires. At the local firestone store the front two were 300.

Rides way better than the Goodyears and I have a AAA card if anything happens.
