These are by far my favorite. A little ways down on the list, but when I swap from stock, it will be to these. The fixed lights don't look right on the C5 IMO and the low open looks nicer.
My phone camera sucks and it was still pretty light out.. didnt have time to stay out until it got fully dark.. but I was still very surprised how much light they were putting out.
Comparing these lights against stock is like comparing a Ferrari against a V6 Mustang...

No doubt... I remember the first time I fired mine up at night and they weren't aimed properly yet. Even though they were aimed so low that they were cut off by the front bumper I immediately chuckled to myself because they still would have been safer to drive with than the stockers...
Speakin of doin justice. It's time for you to treat yourself to a nice camera so you can post some nice pics of that ride!
Interesting, pretty much identical to the "sleepy eye" mod that the 240sx and FD rx7 guys do. I'm still uncertain if I like them on the C5 or not. They are definitely starting to grow on me.
I bought my C5 with these already installed so I'm not sure how to replace the low beams. Do I need to remove everything to get the bulbs out?
Edit: Figured out the 4 bolts in front allow the light assembly to pull right out. Swapped the low beam bulb on one side only, reconnected the plugs, and now neither hi or low beams are turning on on both sides of the car. Checked fuse 8/9/10. No issue there. Anyone know whats up?

I wonder how to these compare to the Radio Flyer Bi-Xenon kits for $650?
Gosh I would love better lighting but I was choked up over the $650. I opted for the HIR's with the 4-way harness, which offered a moderate improvement but the low beams are still too dim for comfort.

You could start by checking that you haven't inadvertently swaped the connectors. Hi >Lo and Lo >Hi.
