I've seen this countless times with motorcycle guys also. They take the first mod that is supposed to add 10%. Then the next mod is supposed to add another 10%. Add the exhaust and get another 20%. Next thing you know...you're at 700hp

P.S. Hotwheels definitely better than Matchbox.
I think Chevy came out with a Hotwheels edition Camaro, that's where he must have got the idea.
