I cant answer that question right now...however I did a base run on the dyno the other day...Fitting ARH longtubes and LS6 inlet this week mating to Corsa Xtreme catback. Blackwing and Bigmouth in transit so will dyno tune once theyre fitted. Will know difference in HP etc once it's tuned.
Looking for feedback from members with either one, or both of these mods done to their Vette. How's the Fitment? Horsepower Gains? Sound?
I had the bb bullets on my 2000 FRC when I first bought it, my neighbours could hear me coming from 2 blocks away and it was too loud for me but the best sounding exhaust in my opinion and best looking tailpipes! my car sounded like a formula 1 car, I also have Kooks headers and x pipe !
no one would want to race me ever! it sounded like I had 700 hp
but I since had them removed cause it was way too loud for my taste and put a set of Ti's .
every time I think of how good the bullets sounded I wish I never taken them off !

Yeah Ive watched a ton of videos on different exhaust clips and the one that sounds the best, by far to me, are the bullets. However, I do wonder that after the newness wears off & I've had them for a while if they would become annoying, and to loud for me as well.
I have the B&B bullet twin tips and AR Headers. Fitment is excellent and I love the sound. It is loud but not to the point I can't have a conversation at a normal level while driving, at least when my foot is not into it
I recently changed to the Corsa pace car Tiger shark exhaust. It was too quiet at startup and idle. I switched back to the bullets.

Nice! This is exactly the kind of info I'm looking for, Gracias.
I was curious about the cabin noise under normal throttle. It seems both of u guys say B&B all the way huh

well if it gets too loud just roll up your windows when u floor it and when you are in your neighbourhood be at the lowest rpm's possible, that's what I did !just so the neighbours don't think your a jerk ! now you guys make me miss my bb and I truly wish I never sold it ! plus the tips are by far the nicest looking tips I have seen on a vette ! they stick out couple of inches and look very aggressive ! i did feel like i might have lost a few ponies when i put my ti exhaust on ! but that could be psychological !
there actually is a video on yourtube, kinda hard to find of a c5 with ahr and bullets. it sounds amazing. I type in c5 American racing headers and billy boat bullets. its the video that has a silver c5 in the pic. and man it comes around the corner and gets it. its so amazing. if anyone can find the vid then post it up. your mind will be made up
