On the mirror with the auto-dim feature, the led map lights can be swapped out for all white leds. There are posts about how to do it, or you can send the mirror in to JW motoring, or to forum member tstar, and they will resoldier new leds in. The "flood" light is in center of mirror and doesn't do much. I had Radioflyer change my map lights to a single cree led, made a big improvement.

I just found it last night. The light is absolutely pointless. I do not have the auto dimming mirror so the light is all the way to the right. It only illuminates the parking brake and even then you can't really tell it is lit up unless you look really close at it. I don't know if I'll bother with it or not.
