Default Can replacement 2007 z06
Can i change the cam without pulling (dropping) the motor out of the car (.ie remove rad. Fan ,condenser, pull the cam out the front?

Don't early LS7s have valve or spring issues? Might be wise to upgrade that area too.

Yes. Also, this is the C5 Z06 section; you car is a C6 Z06

Those issues are rare, but related to the valves and guides. The only way to upgrade that area is with a head swap or replacement of those components in the heads with a rebuild.
