Any detailed instruction on how to remove the headliner that's sagging and glue it back in?
2000 coupe/Targa top
Is it tucked in or do you remove the frame?
Thanks!
Couldn't find instructions a few years ago....
Took the top off and flipped it.
Pulled out, from the frame, the material (front and sides).
Used 3M adhesive on top and let it set up.
Used a roller to stick the material to the top.
Tucked the material back in the sides and front.
Pretty straight forward job.

It is very simple, you can even change the color if your interior is something else beside black. I went to Hobby Lobby and bought some Torch Red flannel and did mine.

Huh. I still haven't figured out why the headliner in my pewter interior is black, but it might lighten the interior up some if I redid it in light/medium gray.
Hadn't even considered that job DIY-friendly until now, having seen what's involved in a "normal" headliner re-do.
