So I reconnect the battery and the fan comes on, went to start it and it turns over strong, but the A/C come on, remove key and the check engine light, fasten seat belt, and brake light remain on. Pulled c
The codes and every one of them indicates " no comm". Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated...

Check all your wires that are near or possibly sitting on the headers.

Thank you.
Where would this be located? What does it look like?

The serial bus is actually one wire from each computer module to transfer data between all the modules. They all go to 2 connectors (Star connectors) in the passenger foot well where they all tie together. The BCM is like the "traffic cop" for all the info. It will report problems to the DIC display and details can be pulled up using the DIC switches to access the trouble codes. The serial bus wires are routed in the various wiring bundles based on where it is coming from.

I am curious about how installing headers caused a major serial bus issue. Could be the feed from the RFA?

UPDATE...
First off let me thank everyone for your quick responses. After three years of being on here I am still amazed by you guys. Then let me tell you that all is good. After reviewing the wiring diagrams that you guys provided, talking to a few friends, and actually going to see a Vette half torn apart I realized that I had inadvertantly landed one of the ground wires with the hot side of the starter when I reinstalled it. Once removed it and landed it correctly everything reverted back to normal. I can't tell you hpow relieved I am ...
Again, thanks to everyone who took the time to respond.
