What are others doing to put power to the road. Hard to get traction in 1st and 2nd.

Have to look into them. Currently have michliens pilot sport 345/30/17

nitto nt05r's 305/35/19 with 700+rwhp... when hot (from just normal driving, no burnouts) they only spin at the top of first and I have to let off a little then shift to 2nd and from there on they hold... great tires for the price, don't expect them to last a long time though... a couple others to look at are toyo r888's and mickey thompson et street 2

What are you doing that you can't keep traction? Clutch in revvin' it up and dumping the clutch? What is your horse power? Maybe you need slicks.
