Hate to be a downer but this type of thread pops up every few months. It never gets built for reasons I can't understand. The Chrome and Carbon one and the one SFC Rick posted are the best ones. So a company in Saudi Arabia somewhere can produce one but an American company can't build one for an American car
Spoke to manufacturing today. Here's there concern. If we make it 2 piece then it's an additional cost since you'd have to buy the bumper and diffuser separate. Say $550 for the ear bumper and $350 for the diffuser (those number mean nothing just throwing that out there) however with that said it allows you to choose the diffuser you like, and we do have a 2 tip diffuser in the works.

This isn't just a diffuser, it's a rear bumper as well, and we already have both produced, so yes it will get done. On top of that once I have the diffuser and bumper in hand, I can build a diffuser to fit the oem bumper.

sooo the zr bumper WITH the spoiler molded in would be $550?... and what if I just want the factory c6 diffuser is that an extra $350 or is it included with the price of the bumper?

Most likely we will be doing the Xtreme rear bumper not the ZR. The $550 was just a number I threw out there, I don't know what the price would be yet. And I yes, either way the diffuser is separate if it is not molded in. They C6 diffuser is about $260 or so off the top of my head in fiberglass.

hmm, I think the zr would look much better... I don't think it would look right with 4 reverse lights either haha... guess I will just wait to see what happens

You would only have 4 reverse lights if you went with the OEM C6 diffuser. The APR carbon diffuser does not have integrated reverse lights, which actually works very nicely for a C5.
This is my diffuser. It is a real diffuser meaning that it runs all the
way to the axle. I don't have a catback exhaust system, my mufflers
are right after my cats. For most of the guys who want a diffuser
mine would be a lot of trouble and I am sure Pete could come
up with a diffuser that would be more generic and easier to fit. Also
I had to cut a sizable portion of the rear bumper to make the whole
thing look right. Be careful--what you wish for.

For me at least, a diffuser that could be used on the OEM bumper sounds most appealing. Especially if if would be able to accomidate the four outlets from my SLP Loudmouth exhaust. I'd be OK if it was semi functional or even mostly cosmetic as long as it could be made to work with the OEM rear. Just my humble opinion on the topic.

What diffuser is this. I think most would be ok with cutting the bumper.

I don't know about that. I can only say that after I received the
diffuser it was in such bad shape-- that it be returned and the
builder would agree if I sent him $500. Some customer service.
I spent a full week and redesigned the whole mess.
This is a one off. I will not speak the bastards name.
