Default TPE T2 Progress

So I have a S/C'd z06 thats is making some good hp and isn't to bad in the looks department but ever since I seen TPE T2 fenders I wanted some. Since early this year I have been talking to Jeff who has the rights to the TPE T2 fenders and was off and on about pulling the plug. Well about a month ago I did and this is my thread for the install. Haven't decided where I'm going with the wheels yet because of my power so for now I will use spacers. Might end up dropping to a 15 sooner or later to get some more meat under the car but for now my OEM 18's and my 17inch welds are gone get it done. Also I plan on taking my air ducts off and having them hydrographix with carbon fiber to match my c-wing also will do the same with my splash guards.

9xxhp z06 before the implants lol

Fenders the day I got them. My boxer decided to photobomb because i wasn't giving her the attention she wants which consist of her being all over you lol

I plan on these too, at some point. They look good. You have to remove the back?

I don't know tell you the truth. The body guy did it and I didn't really question it. Long as it look like it did before he took it off lol. If you guys need Jeff's info I'll Pm it to you. I'm not sure if he's a vendor here anymore so I don't want to stir up anything.

Thanks she's a badass lol! Anytime I get parts for some reason she think whatever is in the box is hers.

Hey man... I didn't comment before on the need for bumper removal before. Figured it wasn't my place. After seeing your response and showing my wife your funny pic of your pup. I figured I'd offer. I don't have TPE's. I have had two sets of L5's. Each time I test fit myself by just removing the outermost taillights and squeezin my fat forearm in there to assemble or disassemble the brackets holding the quarter to the bumper cap. I "assume" it may have been removed because your guy just wanted to make sure he got it done right. I don't remember if you posted that they have done fenders on a C5 before?. So just encase you need to remove anything in the future you know it can be done with bumper intact and vehicle sitting on the ground..

Now hurry up and post some done pics

Good to know. I have seen people remove the rear and some people haven't wasn't sure who was right. He's done L5's before so maybe that's the way he likes doing them I'm not sure. Trust me I will being posting some pics maybe even a video soon as she's cleaned up and then I'll have my boy Mr. Joshua take some quality pics of it.

Not to hi-jack your thread, but I had to comment on your dog. Absolutely the best dog I ever had was a registered Boxer. Besides being Schwarzenegger dogs (pure muscle), they are just big, goofy, happy, affectionate clowns. I had a big Sheppard attack mine one day and he thought they were playing. I'm not sure he ever thought the other dog was serious before we got them separated. He used to chew up my plastic lawn sprinklers when I got lazy and left them in the yard. Of course I was pissed about it and would chase him around the yard with it yelling at him, and he just thought that it was the greatest game in the world and was having an absolute blast!!!!!! Boxers can literally laugh when they are having fun or are happy. Ask anyone who has one and they will tell you. You always know exactly what your Boxer is thinking as they are the most expressive dogs in the world.

Hands down the best dog you can ever own!!!!!!!!!! And gorgeous too!!!!! I can't look at that face without melting!!!!

By the way mine's name was Baron and he was a God in the dog world!!

Yeah she's my second boxer and theres never a dull moment with her other then when she's sleeping. This first one I had was the same way but I had his ears cropped and he looked good. There's so much character with them and I'll buy more down the line. The one in the picture photobombing is Aaliyah and the male I use to have was Kujo. I remember there were some pomeranian's biting my males legs and the whole time he thought they were playing also.

Those fenders are going to look really good when all done. Wish GM had flared them from the factory.
