If you just want the parking lights and tail lights on, just turn the light switch to the first position - the headlights should not pop up. If they are coming up when you go to the first position, there is something wrong.

Yeah the head lights keep coming up at first position. The head lights don't light up when they come up. Would you know how to fix it? The passenger side head light motor keeps runing after they go down I know that changing the gear would fix that.

Stripped gear will cause alot of weird issues.See how it does after you replace the gear.
