oxygen sensor

I have a 04 ZO6 that has b&b exhaust that I am putting back to stock for A street autocross. How many oxygen sensors are suppost to be on a 49 state car? It has 2 but looks like there are connetors for 2 more. Why would it not turn on check engine on with 2 sensors missing?

The shop that did the install may have turned them off when tuning was performed.

You have 4 sensors total. I agree with the post above.

so do you know who could put the stock program back in? would they need the car or could I send the ecu to them?

That could be possible but, the advise is to take it where you had it tuned to correct the problem at hand. Most other shops you take it to will charge you even more due to other hands in the mix.
I got tired of takin mine back and forth and acquired a tuning program and do all the performance tuning myself until a dyno is needed......lol
