Default Slow page loads ?

I post in this forum... so I'm posting here. My computer is very clean..
For the last few days, Noticeably, The Corvette forum has been loading pages very slowly. This is just an alert for a Moderator to post this where ever it can be addressed.
Wondering if anyone else is having problems with slow loads.
All of my other forums are loading in micro seconds.

Ive waited a few days before posting this, and magically, since I posted this a few minutes ago, pages are loading quickly. I backed out and reloaded the CF. Very strange and coincidental.. Sorry.... Mods can remove the thread

I've noticed slow page loading during the late afternoon, early evening. High volume of usage maybe?

Its still morning here. and I just posted to a thread and after hitting " Submit " button it took five or six seconds to post my reply. Usually I hit submit and its posted in a micro second. So there is something wrong.

I encounter the problems frequently, pretty much every day, including pages not loading. Repeatedly. Though I have noticed its only at home, so makes me wonder if I have a router issue. But then again, its the only website I have problems with.

Don't get me started how bad that "IBautogroup" app sucks on my iPhone 5s. I like it when it works which is hardly ever and anytime you post Anything it says "error this is a duplicate post" when it's not

It could well be volume. Living in England I'm on when you guys are in bed and it loads quickly.

Looks like you need to emigrate E-T We'll look after you over here

I've noticed it's real slow at times too, sometimes taking 5 sec. or more to load up a page. Not too bad today. I use a Mac with Firefox, everything else on the web is lightning fast.

I'm wondering if there's some server/database maintenance going on in the background. There was a stretch yesterday when every thread page had a vBulletin debug dump at the bottom.

same thing happens to me, only on this site, and I get pop ups sometimes where it redirects me to another page one is to download some java program, Norton blocks it and I return here, I think the other is browser update which doesn't need updated, start making me think I have a virus but it only happens here and my Norton cant find any problems

IM guessing , administration knows about this but, in the event that everyone thinks someone else is going to let them know, I posted this thread.. over my time here, and as the corvette forum has grown. Server capacity is stretch to its limits. with so many photo posts, etc, and a very high water mark of participation. it cost lots of money to add capacitance.. its what all those vendors pay for. So we can play here, rent free.
Usually admin will come in and give some sort of acknowledgment that they know there is a problem, and sometimes not..... or they just post that the problem has been addressed and fixed. By posting in open forum it only corroborates my suspicion that it is a Cf problem and not a my problem.

Very slow to post today, just did one and it took about 10 - 15 seconds to load.

This post went up in a fraction of a sec---go figure

Only time lately that I've noticed the forum being slow to load pages is when I have been using my cell phone - the pages load just fine on my laptop.
