c5 package
Why haven't any of our vendors come up with the C5 used car bug fix it kit? Included is a dic book, a turn signal switch along with the famous ign switch. Included also 1 door module, and a how to unplug your seat and bose amp plugs. Also in the package a how to do" clean wiring under the leaky battery" and primer with a brush and sandpaper to refinish the corrosion. Also a color code gps of the c5 electrical charging system along with 2 replacement inline fuses at the starter. A 10 page instruction book teaching how and where to store the volt meter you will need and become best Friends with. Ok so i haven't had the best of luck with my vette and so has my nephew, cousin, brother and neighbors cousins uncle, but when running they are a blast to drive. Damm forgot about the warped rotors, that will be included in the deluxe kit.....

Since not every car suffers from the same problems, it would be wasteful to buy things you don't need. I would bet that every problem related to the C5 is covered somewhere on this forum, you just need to start searching.

Sounds like your car has been a handful. Thankfully I've not had any of those problems with mine.

Mine has been pretty trouble free, I did the EBCM relay fix for the 1214 error and replaced the 2 knock sensors since I was getting knock codes. Did the CLB a long time ago so it hasn't been an issue. Wish someone would start making good interior door panel replacements.

i forgot about the lmc5 kit i installed 2 weeks ago. As the list grows i will add. i will see this till the end. Sure enough mine was finished being built on a Friday...did i mention it has 46000 miles and had been garaged all of its life and basically stock. trouble free is great but GM buying hughes electronics back in the late 70s, and applied a lot of the lo voltage modules they used for aircraft, and adapting computer boards to a automobile would take its toll sometime in the future. 11 computers , 5 miles of wiring, and a cracked battery case leaking acid on it.
