Too late for that, cam swap, etc already done. Engine would be back in the car except I'm waiting on one performance enhancing part to get to the house to toss on.

I guess I don't understand what you mean about Hinson mounts... Got all the reared and torque tube back in the back, was going to get the engine in but I really need to put the typhoon on the lift to ****** the turbo off so I pushed the vette back off till tomorrow or so.

Exactly, and may help you avoid clearance issues with the cowl
My setup rubs the hood and barely clears the cowl with a FAST 102... I can't imagine there being any more clearance with a Roots
It looks like its a different color but it actually matches pretty good I just need todo some final buffing wet sanding to finish it and the new front bumper I painted also
Got a lot done today, all rear drivetrain installed, newer rebuild on the trans, act twin disc clutch with lightweight flywheel going on the back of the engine tomorrow, thicker bottom plate going under the car, upgraded Dewitt's radiator and twin fan setup, more to follow
Also got to work on my typhoon and found a nice leak to fix
ACT twin disc installed, if the lift hadn't busted, I'd have the engine in. I'm thinking of tossing it in from the top just to get it finished up...typhoon back together. Runs a lot better.
probably the best possible location for an exhaust crack. you can easily clean both sides of the metal and have room to hold the tungsten at a perfect 45deg for the weld
We got it all welded back up. Even got the turbo rebuilt and got everything back together. Runs a lot better now, just need to swap it over to the FAST XFI setup and work on the tuning a little bit. I should have most of the vette put together tomorrow, I can't wait to be done with this one.
