If you don't already have them, I'd buy or make some jack pucks for yourself and any shop that lifts the car.
I'd go completely stock except for the CAGS and LMC5 with one exception. I like chrome wheels on a Torch Red car. I'd get either chrome repo Z06 wheels, or another type chrome wheels. I don't like non-shiny wheels, but they make all different types because everyone has a choice.

Congrats, it looks great. Enjoy it. As for mods you should just do what you like, as others have said go to a couple of shows and see what others have done. Also some great pic threads on he forum.
