If you're trying to put them on stock pipes, its do-able, but you'll be forced to go 2 1/2" inlet at the smallest, and then fabricate cone-adaptors to prevent water leakage.

Yeah, that is why I am looking for 1 3/4 inch inlet.
Exhaust pipe reducers 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 inch are another (less desirable) option.
I've worked on cars for a long time, and modified every one I've ever owned, from MBs to BMW M cars to Corvettes. And the simple answer to your question is... "No". There is no such thing as a 1 3/4" to 4" pipe in existence.
Fabrication to make a standard 2.5 to 3.5 or 4 tip work is really quite simple and looks totally natural once it's done right (and a bit of black hi-temp has been sprayed on the welds).
