Default Friends...

Our best friends from Sydney are on their way home after a trip with their 5th wheel and they stopped by for a couple of days. I took my mate John for his first ever ride in a Corvette. He was definitely impressed.

He took a photo of me and my '03 AE when we got back home.

I have several photos of my car by itself (or in the company of other cars) but this is the only photo of me and my car together.

Very Nice! First time I've seen a right hand drive 'Vette - very very nice. Hopefully your friend is hooked and is looking to buy and join you on the road.

Thank you.

Australian compliance regulations require any vehicle less than 30 years old has to be converted to RHD. That makes later model Corvettes a bit rare here due to the conversion cost.

We have several 1984 and earlier models in our local Corvette Club (http://www.corvettesdownunder.com.au/).

Lookout! Yer drivin' on the wrong side of the road, mate!
Thanks for sharing the pic, nice ride, I took a look at the Corvettes Down Under gallery - you guys have some nice cars down under. I hope to visit Australia one day, that has always been a dream destination of mine.

Visiting your country is big on my bucket list. If I could drive my 04 there it would be one hell of a road trip!
