Gas tank / build sheets ?

Gas tank / build sheets ?
My car is in dealer having the crossover and left side gas tank replaced. Is there any info such as copy of build sheet or anything else that was attached to tank at factory ? Info would let me make sure I can get info off tank before dealer tosses out old tank. Thanks

Been a while since Chevy put the build sheets above the gas tank. If you really want it, just remove the front fascia and you'll find the build sheet inside the frame as mentioned above - mine was on the left side of the car.
