Somehow I managed to lose one of those @#$%^& clips for the driver side rear guard. So just three quarters done. RPI is sending me three additional clips (for $5) ... I deserve that, I guess.
No issues other than the front guards wanted to kind of 'stick out' like ears from the surface they are suppose to be touching. Reason why is the fender liner surface is not on plane with the painted surface.
No biggie, just added a couple small washers behind the guards/against the liner surface to make up the space - did the job.
The other thing I did was place a couple 'thin pads' between the guards and where they rest against the painted surfaces. Probably not necessary but stuff does happen.
These are not invisible against the yellow paint but better than nothing for the highway.
No for sure! But at least yours are black, and blend in with the tires.
Having body coloured splash guards on light coloured cars makes them stick out like a sore thumb.

I chose this set because
a) they are cheap
b) they use stock screw locations and don't mess up the paint
c) most important, they break away very easy. If I hit a cone with them they come right off instead of damaging the car.
d) takes 5 minutes to put a new one on or take them off.
Some of the locations that we autocross are really really gritty. Especially after the tires get good and hot. These keep the rocker panels and the area behind the rear wheels from getting sandblasted. They don't look the best but I can knock 'em off and put 'em right back on again without damage to the car.
