So will resonators help with the exhaust noise/drone that is often referred to?
Planning on getting SLP Loudmouths for my 04 convertible, because they are inexpensive, good low rumble, and also for performance.
Saw resonators and crossover mentioned inside ad for LM on CorvetteCentralExhaust, but they no longer carry it.
Not all exhaust systems have drone. I don't know about SLP, but I do know that both Corsa (all three versions) and GHL Bullets have zero drone.
The way I see it, if you have to buy additional parts just to make an exhaust system sound the way it should, you should be looking at a different exhaust system.

But if your exhaust does have drone, sometimes an x-pipe will help it out.
I put those SLP Loudmouths on a 98 some years ago.. Lasted one day. I thought my teeth would vibrate out of my head from the resonance. Not my cup of tea.
