My car is Torch Red. My car was ordered with both tops in 2000 and when I purchased it used in 2010 both tops were still with the car.
I can count on one hand how many time I had the tinted top on the car.
I keep the tinted top because it belongs with the car. I take out the tinted top every once in a while to change things up but the painted top is a better look and function in the hot Louisiana climate.
