Try vettenutz,

I've also seen several posts that mention vendors that repair your unit.

Try searching this subject for more information

That's what I did, bought one from Marc@vettenuts.net. He might even offer you a little trade in on your old one if you ask.

Jack, just noticed your 65 avatar again and recalled we exchanged emails about 1 1/2 yrs ago. My nephew still has the 65 roadster, vin 194675S106794. I found some of the info we exchanged and your coupe was manufactured the same day, Jan 13th 65, 16 Stingrays ahead of the roadster. Not much progress on the 65 recently, he's been busy with work, and a new addition to his family. But we've managed to hang onto the 65 in the immediate clan since 1973, maybe some day it will be on the road again.

John Llewellyn will exchange a fixed one for your old unit for somewhere around $150.00 plus shipping.

865-604-0498

If you're close to him, (Knoxville Tn) he'll make the swap for you.
He's got several ready to go. I was at his shop today. He will be at Carlyle in August and Corvette Expo in Sevierville (TN) in the spring. He is not doing Orlando this year.
